What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on every order. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email admin@infonudorsa.com with your order number to start a return — see our Return Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Checkout is secure and encrypted.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away at admin@infonudorsa.com and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change it.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and want to order, email us first at admin@infonudorsa.com and we'll let you know if we can make it work.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum required.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

How do I find the right size?

Most Nudorsa products are one-size and adjustable. The Lumbar Support Belt comes in sizes M–XXL — check the size chart on that product page. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you pick the right fit.

Are Nudorsa products safe to use?

Our products are designed for everyday relaxation and recovery support — they are not medical devices and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a diagnosed medical condition or are pregnant, check with your doctor before use.
