We want you to be genuinely happy with your Nudorsa order. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email admin@infonudorsa.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. We'll always work with you to find a fair solution — just reach out.
